1. Booking Terms
1.1. These terms apply to the legal relations arising between the person (hereinafter the Guest) and the owner of the booking environment https://wasahotels.ee (hereinafter Wasa Resort booking environment), Wasa AS, when purchasing services and products via the booking environment.
1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of services and products via the Wasa Resort booking environment are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Transactions in the booking environment are allowed only for legally competent persons at least 18 years of age. The person whose bank account or credit card was used is responsible for the consequences of orders placed by persons not meeting these requirements.
1.4. Wasa Resort does not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The hotel has the right to request an identity document to verify age and to refuse to fulfill the order of a minor. In the case of advance payments made for additional orders containing alcoholic beverages placed by a minor, only the cost of the alcoholic beverage will be refunded to the person whose bank account or credit card was used.
2. Pricing Information
2.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT established in the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. Please carefully review the selected pricing information. Prepayment is mandatory for certain rates. If you cancel a rate with a prepayment condition, the accommodation provider has the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
3. Payment Terms for Prepaid Products/Services
3.1. The customer must pay the full cost of the selected service/product purchased via the Wasa Resort booking environment. By making the payment, the customer confirms that they have ознакомились with all terms and rules made available by the service provider and accept them.
3.2. Payment is made via online banking transfer, Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards; other payment methods include Montonio, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Immediately after making the payment, the customer must click “return to merchant” for immediate registration.
4. Booking and Confirmation
4.1. When placing an order, please enter your name, phone number, email, address, arrival date, and number of nights in the booking system, and the booking must be guaranteed with a credit card. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation.
4.2. Orders with a promo code – obtaining a promo code requires a contract with Wasa Resort. All details are agreed individually. The order is confirmed upon receiving confirmation.
4.3. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if it results from a system error or causes overbooking. This also applies if the selected room type is no longer available. The customer will be informed by email or phone.
5. Cancellation, Modification and Refunds
5.1. Different cancellation and refund conditions apply to accommodation and accommodation packages. These are specified in the booking system. If you cancel a prepaid booking, the hotel may not refund the prepaid amount.
5.2. If the validity period expires, the booking becomes invalid.
5.3. To modify a booking, please make a new booking and cancel the previous one. Prices and room availability may change.
5.4. If you cancel a prepaid booking, the hotel may not refund the prepaid amount.
5.5. In case of late cancellation, the hotel may charge a fee equal to the first night. Any costs incurred must also be compensated.
5.6. The exact cancellation deadline is indicated in the confirmation email. The hotel may charge the customer’s credit card for unpaid services.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Personal data submitted are confidential and processed in accordance with applicable law.
6.2. Wasa Resort does not disclose personal data without consent except as required by law.
6.3. Personal data includes name, address, phone number, and email.
6.4. Payments are secured via SSL. Card data is stored securely, and neither the merchant nor third parties have full access. Refunds are processed via Stripe.
7. Additional Information
7.1. If the hotel cannot provide the booked room (not due to system error), it must offer an equal or better alternative in the same area.
7.2. Check-in and check-out dates are indicated in the confirmation.
7.3. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Violations may result in compensation claims.
7.4. Pets are allowed in apartments for an additional fee.
7.5. The hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
7.6. Safes are available at reception.
8. Miscellaneous
Disputes are resolved by negotiation or through the Consumer Protection Authority under Estonian law. Wasa Resort / AS Wasa
